The Trieste Karst
A land shaped by water and by the north easterly wind called “bora”, rising from the sea,
with a breathtaking view of the mountains in the background.
Our story begins in this land, shaped by the rocks and rich in beautiful and inviting landscapes, just on the edge of the carsic forest…

The Radovič family
We have always taken care of the earth, learning to respect it and harvest the fruits of this labor.
At the beginning of the 20th century, great-grandfather Ivan started it with wine. He produced it first of all for himself, and what was left, he sold it to the local taverns.
The grandparents Dušan and Milena continued the tradition with dairy cows, going to sell the milk on foot around the karst plateau.
Nevo and Flavia are doing it as well, producing the extra virgin olive oil “Olio dei venti” with their own oil mill. Because, in order to ensure top-quality products, you need to be able to check all stages of production.
Finally, the new generation has arrived, the children Devan, Peter and Boris, each of whom trying out new roads.
